st patty’s day sensory bin setup

I can’t believe Valentine’s Day has already come and gone. I loved all of the pink and red, the fun valentine’s gift baskets and printables.

My New Years resolution was to be as festive as possible – so now we are moving on to st patty’s day!

One of my favorite things to do each season is set up our sensory table. It’s one of our most used toddler toys and we absolutely love it!

On one side, I added rice that I dyed. I used a combination of regular green food coloring and neon food coloring to get an ombré look. I followed the tutorial I posted here – seriously so easy!

I added some pom poms we had on hand and grabbed a few new things from the dollar tree – the gold coins and glitter shamrocks!

On the other side, I added some glitter foam shamrock cutouts from the dollar tree along with a couple rainbows from shop cherry sprinkles. Claire loves to play with playdough and cookie cutters, so I added a few different colors for her to choose!

Do you celebrate st patty’s day, or do you go straight on to easter??
